All our scaffolding operatives are fully employed by us and we do not use sub-contractors. You can be certain that every member of the team we send to your property or building site understands their responsibilities.
All our scaffolding operatives hold CISRS cards and are registered with the Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme, the scaffold training scheme that’s been recognised by the industry for over 40 years.
All operatives go through the CISRS Operative Training Scheme (COTS) so they understand the basics of the industry and how to work safely with scaffolding and access equipment. All our operatives also undertake UKATA asbestos awareness training so they understand the dangers it represents and how to respond if they encounter it.
Other qualifications that our scaffolding team hold include:
IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) training on mobile elevating work platforms.
Qualified emergency first aiders so they can take appropriate action if there is a first aid emergency with a member of the general public, our workforce or yours on site.
CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor, qualifying them to supervise scaffolding operations.
CISRS Advanced Scaffolder, qualifying them to lead a scaffold gang in all scaffold operations, including complex design structures.

All scaffolds designed and erected by us comply to the latest TG20:13 guidelines, and any other more complex scaffolds are prepared by fully qualified, experienced design consultants who understand the precise technical requirements of every scaffold installation we work on.
